	Insights Ready-to-use training course for new and existing leadership teams. Insights has been developed to help train Christian youth and children's leadership teams to run effective outreach groups for children and young people. The course has been written in such a way that it is not only a highly effective 'foundation' course for leadership teams starting new groups, but it can also be used as a very useful 'refresher' course for teams in established groups.
